Immunity of designated authority, etc.

The designated authority, or, if the designated authority is a civil service entity, any member or public officer of the designated authority, any other public officer acting pursuant to this Law and any member of a labour tribunal, shall not be liable in damages for anything done or omitted in the discharge or purported discharge of their respective functions under this Law unless it is shown that the act or omission was in bad faith.
