Detrimental action in reprisal for protected disclosure

For the purposes of this Law, a person takes detrimental action against an employee in reprisal for a protected disclosure if —
the person takes or threatens to take detrimental action against the employee because, or in the belief that —
the employee has made, or intends to make, the disclosure; or
the employee has cooperated, or intends to cooperate, with an investigation of the disclosure; or
for either of the reasons in paragraph (a)(i) and (ii), the person incites or permits someone else to take or threaten to take detrimental action against the employee.
