A person who is the holder of a permit issued by the Authority under the Water Authority Law (2018 Revision) to supply water or provide wastewater services to a defined development shall apply to the Office for the grant of an operator licence.
Where the Office is satisfied that the applicant is the holder of such a permit issued by the Authority, the Office shall grant an operator licence to the applicant.
An operator licence shall be valid for the duration specified in the permit issued.
An operator licence is not subject to assignment, modification or renewal unless triggered by a modification in the terms of or on the renewal of the permit issued by the Authority.
