The Office shall cause to be kept a register of all concessions and licences granted and the register may be kept in electronic form.
The Office —
shall make available for public inspection during its business hours, the licences granted; and
shall permit any person to make copies of any entry in the said register and may charge such fees as it considers reasonable for such copies.
