Remuneration: Board and committee members

Subject to subsection (2), a member of the Board or of a subcommittee or committee established under Part 4 is entitled to receive such remuneration, and the Chair and Deputy Chair may receive such additional remuneration, as may be determined by the Cabinet.
A public officer who is a member of the Board or of a subcommittee or committee established under Part 4 is not entitled to receive remuneration under subsection (1).
