There shall be a board of directors of the Office which, subject to this Act, shall be responsible for —

carrying out the functions and powers of the Office under this Act or any other Law; and

the general administration of the affairs and business of the Office.

When making a decision on any regulatory issue, the Board shall have regard to the views and recommendations of the executive members.
