The Office may apply to the Cabinet for a loan from the Government not exceeding one million dollars in order to carry out its functions and exercise its powers prior to the Office collecting any funding under this Act.
Any loan made under subsection (1) shall be on such terms as the Cabinet may specify and shall be repaid by the Office within three years.
