Police evidence in case of accident

74. (1) A sketch made by a constable of the scene of an accident shall be received as evidence in criminal or civil proceedings relating to that accident.
The Cabinet may make regulations providing for —
the form and contents of a sketch referred to in subsection (1); and
the supply, upon payment of the prescribed fee, of copies of the sketch to a person having an interest in the outcome of criminal or civil proceedings likely to arise out of the accident.
