100. (1) The Director shall maintain, in respect of every person holding a licence, a record of all endorsements and periods of disqualification ordered by a court in respect of offences against this Act.
The Clerk of the Court shall keep the Director informed of all endorsements and periods of disqualification ordered by any court under this Act.
For the purpose of proceedings in a court —
the contents of a person’s driving record shall be proof of the information contained in it, unless the contrary is shown; and
extracts of a person’s driving record purporting to be certified as such by the Director shall be proof of the contents of the record, unless the contrary is shown.
