Retirement and substitution of personal representative

The Court may grant leave to a personal representative to retire, upon the passing of the personal representative’s accounts, and on such terms as the Court may think fit. The Court may by such order or upon the death or incapacity of a personal representative appoint a suitable person to administer the estate of the deceased in the place of such personal representative permitted to retire or who has become incapacitated or who has died.
