Until such time as further provision is made, the rules, forms and practices in force and used in the Court immediately before the commencement of this Act shall continue to be used by the Court in the exercise of its jurisdiction in respect of the probate of wills and the administration of the estates of persons dying domiciled or leaving property in the Islands.
