Requirement for trade certificate

A person shall not carry on a special economic zone business within a special economic zone and the benefits described in this Part and the relevant Schedules shall not accrue unless the person holds a valid trade certificate for that purpose under this Law.
A person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of one hundred thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term of four years, or to both.
