Voluntary surrender of trade certificate

A special economic zone enterprise shall, within thirty days of voluntarily ceasing to carry on special economic zone business, give notice in writing to the Authority and surrender its trade certificate which shall be deemed to be invalid from the date the holder ceased to carry on special economic zone business or such other date as determined by the Authority.
