Entitlement to vote

The persons entitled to vote in the referendum are those persons who on the day of the holding of the referendum —
are registered as electors in accordance with section 90 of the Constitution; and
would be entitled to vote as electors at an election in an electoral district in accordance with the Elections Law (2017 Revision).
