The Rules Committee, constituted under section 19 of the Grand Court Act (2015 Revision) may —
make Rules of Court under that section; or
make Summary Court Rules under section 44 of the Summary Jurisdiction Act (2019 Revision),
for the purpose of giving effect to this Act and the Rules Committee may in particular, but without prejudice to the generality of this section, make provision for the hearing without delay of any application for an order and the procedure upon giving notice of appeal from decisions of a court and the giving of any recognisance thereupon.
