Restriction on publication of proceedings

No person shall publish a report of any proceedings under this Act unless that person is first granted leave of the court which heard the proceedings.
A person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of two thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term of six months or both.
Nothing in this section limits —
the provisions of any other enactment relating to prohibition or regulation of the publication of reports or particulars relating to judicial proceedings; and
the power of the court to punish any contempt of court.
