Conduct of proceedings

The persons permitted to be present during the hearing of any proceedings under this Act are —
an officer of the court;
a party to the proceedings;
the attorney-at-law for a party to the proceedings;
a witness; or
any other person permitted by the court to be present.
Nothing in this section shall limit any other power of the court to hear proceedings in camera or to exclude any person from the court.
