Application by respondent for discharge of a protection order

A respondent may apply to the court for the discharge of a protection order.
A copy of an application made under subsection (1) shall be served personally on each person who was a party to the proceedings in which the original order was made.
In determining whether to discharge a protection order the court shall have regard to the matters referred to in section 5(1).
