Prescribed person shall become a tenant

Where a tenancy order is made the prescribed person shall, unless the tenancy is sooner determined, become the tenant of the household residence subject to the terms and conditions of the tenancy in force at the time of the making of that order and the respondent shall cease to be the tenant.
Every tenancy order shall have effect and may be enforced as if it were an order of the court for possession of the land granted in favour of the prescribed person.
