A notice required under this Law may be given to a person —
by posting it to the person's last known address;
by leaving it for him with some adult person at his usual or last known place of abode or business; or
where the person is a body corporate, partnership or unincorporated association —
by posting it to the registered or principal office of the body corporate, partnership or association; or
by delivering it to the secretary or clerk of the body corporate, partnership or association at the registered or principal office of the body corporate, partnership or association.
Where under this Law the Financial Reporting Authority is under a duty to give a notice to a person but does not have an address for the person, it shall cause the notice to be published in the Gazette and in at least three issues of a newspaper published and circulating in the Islands.
The form of a notice issued under this section shall be such as the Financial Reporting Authority may determine.
