Report to Legislative Assembly

The Financial Reporting Authority shall, within a period of three months after the end of each year —
prepare a report about the exercise during that year of its functions under this Law; and
transmit a copy of the report to the Attorney General.
The Attorney General shall, within a period of three months after receipt of a report under subsection (1)(b), lay the report before the Legislative Assembly.
Subsection (1) shall not apply in relation to a year if no direction under this Law was in force at any time in that year.
In calculating the period specified in subsection (2), account shall not be taken of the period when the Legislative Assembly is prorogued or dissolved.
