Name of printer and publisher to be printed on papers

Whoever prints or publishes any paper and who fails to print, or cause to be printed, his name and address thereon as required by subsection (3) is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine of one thousand dollars and to imprisonment for six months.
Whoever distributes or disperses any paper which does not have the name and address of its publisher and, if the paper was printed in the Islands, its printer printed thereon as required by subsection (1), is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine of five hundred dollars and to imprisonment for six months.
A name and address required to be printed on a paper under this section shall be printed in legible characters on the front of the paper if it consists of one leaf only, and in some conspicuous part of the paper if it consists of more than one leaf.
