In this Law —
"address" means place of business or abode;
"paper" means a handbill, circular, notice, newspaper, periodical or magazine containing public news, intelligence or occurrences, or any remarks or observations thereon, printed for sale or in order to be distributed or dispersed;
"print" includes any mechanical mode of reproduction; and
"publish" means send forth for sale, distribution or dispersal.
