This Act to prevail over Customs and Border Control Act (2024 Revision)

Where any provision of this Act relating to the custody and handling of goods located in a port area including a transit shed or transit area is at variance with or inconsistent with the Customs and Border Control Act (2024 Revision), this Act shall prevail: Provided that no uncustomed goods shall be removed or released from a port otherwise than —
by authority of the Collector of Customs;
in case of emergency; or
in accordance with section 24.
