The Governor may make Regulations -

prescribing pharmaceuticals, poisons and restricted pharmaceuticals;

prescribing forms for use in the implementation of this Law;

prescribing procedures for importation and customs clearance of poisons and pharmaceuticals;

prescribing fees to be charged under section 10 (1) (d); and

prescribing anything by this Law required to be prescribed
