The Cabinet may make regulations in respect of limited partnerships concerning —
the fees payable to the Registrar under this Act including fees payable for —
the filing of any document (other than where the filing is part of an application);
the processing of refunds;
the provision of photocopies of documents or the correction of typographical errors in respect of filings by limited partnerships (other than where the filing is part of an application);
the provision of customized letters;
the issuance of certificates;
the issuance of customized certificates that contain information of multiple certificates combined in one certificate; and
any other administrative service provided by the Registrar;
express fees payable to the Registrar for the expedited delivery of any of the administrative services provided by the Registrar;
the duties to be performed by the Registrar for the purposes of this Act;
the forms to be used for the purposes of this Act; and
generally, the conduct and regulation of registration under this Act and any matters incidental thereto.
The Cabinet may make regulations prescribing all matters that are required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed, or are necessary or convenient to be prescribed for giving effect to the purposes of this Act.
