Inspection of statements

Any person may inspect the statements filed by the Registrar, on payment of such fees as the Cabinet may prescribe; and any person may require a certificate of the registration of a limited partnership, or a copy of or extract from a registered statement, to be certified by the Registrar, on payment of such fees as the Cabinet may prescribe.
A certificate of registration, or a copy of or extract from a statement registered under section 49 or 51, if duly certified by the Registrar to be a true copy shall be received in evidence in all legal proceedings.
