A limited partnership shall, on or before the 16th January in every year, pay to the Registrar an annual fee of four hundred and seventy-five dollars.
If the annual fee is not paid by the due date, each of the partners commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine of one thousand dollars and to a further fine of one hundred dollars for each day during which the default continues.
