Cessation of payment of children's pensions

Any pension payable to a child pursuant to this Law shall cease upon the latest to occur of —
the child's attainment of age 18;
if the child is in full-time education on his eighteenth birthday, the first to occur of —
the child's attainment of age 23; or
the child's cessation of full-time education; or
if the child is mentally or physically incapable of employment, as certified by the Chief Medical Officer, on his eighteenth birthday or the date on which the child is capable of employment.
Where the Chief Medical Officer certifies that a child will never be mentally or physically capable of employment the pension payable to such child shall be paid to the child for the duration of his life.
