Funds and resources of the Authority

The funds and resources of the Authority shall comprise —
such monies as may be appropriated by law for the purposes of the Authority;
monies paid and property provided to the Authority by way of grants, rent, interest and other income derived from the investment of the Authority's funds;
monies derived from the disposal of or dealing with real or personal property held by the Authority;
monies borrowed by the Authority in accordance with this Law; and
any property lawfully received or made available to the Authority.
