Application of the Public Management and Finance Law

The Authority is a statutory authority as defined in section 2 of the Public Management and Finance Law (2020 Revision) and accordingly that law applies, among other things, to —
the Authority's expenditure budget for each financial year; and
the preparation, maintenance, auditing and publication of the Authority's accounts.
