Transfer of licence

The holder of a licence, or of any interest therein registered under Part VI, shall not transfer his licence or interest or any part or share thereof or create any interest whatsoever therein without first obtaining the consent in writing of the Governor; and any such purported transfer or creation of any such interest without such prior consent shall have no effect.
