Orders pending suit

The Court may make orders pending the outcome of any suit in respect of which a petition has been presented providing for —
the care and control of the children of a marriage, or civil partnership;
the use of a matrimonial, or civil partnership, home;
periodic payments to be made by one party to another pending suit;
an injunction for the protection of settled and other property in which either spouse, or civil partner, claims an interest;
the protection of one spouse, or civil partner, from interference by the other; and
security for costs.
