Registers, records of registers and copies, how far evidence

Every original Register in a Marriage Register Book, and every Duplicate Original Register, and every Record of Registers kept in the General Register Office, and every copy thereof or of any entry therein stamped with the seal of the General Register Office, shall, respectively, be good evidence of the facts therein.
