Conformity with this Act

Subject to section 4, any employer who offers or provides employment under terms and conditions of employment which do not conform to this Act commits an offence.
Any provision in any contract of employment which contravenes this Act, or which establishes conditions of service which fall below the minimum employment standards established by this Act, shall be, to the extent of such contravention, void and of no effect.
