Identity of participant not to be disclosed

If in any proceedings in any court, the new identity of a person who is a participant is in issue or may be disclosed, the court shall, unless it considers that the interests of justice require otherwise —
hold that part of the proceedings that relate to the identity of the participant in camera; and
make such order restricting the publication of evidence given before the court as in its opinion will ensure that the identity of the participant is not disclosed.
