Officers protected from suit in respect of decisions made under this Law

Officers of the Centre and the JPIP Agency performing functions in relation to the Programme, shall not be liable to any action, suit or other proceedings in respect of an act done or omitted to be done in good faith in the exercise or purported exercise of a power conferred by this Law.
