Bailiff’s monthly returns

On the last working day of every month the Bailiff shall make a return to the Clerk of the Court of all writs of execution, whether against the person or against goods, which remained in the Bailiff’s hands at the beginning of such month not fully executed and all such writs as have been entrusted to the Bailiff for execution during such month, together with a statement against each writ of what has been done thereunder, supported by the relevant receipt books.
The Clerk of the Court shall thereupon examine and verify the return and compare it with the receipt counterfoils.
