Remuneration and immunity of members of Boards

Those members of a Board who are not public officers shall receive such remuneration in respect of each meeting attended, and the Chairman and deputy Chairman shall receive such additional remuneration, as may be determined, from time to time, by the Cabinet.
Every member of each Board shall be personally indemnified against all claims, damages, costs, charges or expenses incurred by him in the discharge or purported discharge of his functions or duties under this Law except claims, damages, costs, charges or expenses caused by his bad faith.
