Application of funds by the Authority

Subject to sections 18 and 19 and without prejudice to section 23, any funds appropriated by the Legislative Assembly for the purposes of the health care facilities or programmes, any income derived from fees and any other income of the Authority shall be held and applied to furthering the purposes of the health care facilities or programmes in such manner as the Authority may think fit.
Any funds appropriated by the Legislative Assembly for the purposes of the health care facilities and programmes shall be applied by the Authority in accordance with the terms of the appropriation.
