Special measures to promote equality

Special measures may be prescribed by Order made by the Governor in Cabinet to promote equality of opportunity in employment based on the grounds set out in section 3(2), and such special measures shall be deemed not to be discrimination within the meaning of section 4.
An Order pursuant to subsection (1) shall specify the period during which the special measures shall be effective.
