Law to be indemnity in certain cases

This Law shall be a full and complete indemnity and discharge to the Treasurer, and to the managers or directors of savings banks or of any chartered bank or banking company in the Islands, and their officers and servants, for all acts and things done or permitted to be done pursuant thereto; and such acts and things shall not be questioned or impeached in any court of law or equity to their prejudice or detriment.
