Who to be named as transferor or in Court for making transfer

In all cases in which orders are made by the Court for the transfer of securities or funds transferable at the Treasury, at any savings bank within the Islands or at any chartered Bank or banking company therein, the persons named in such orders for making such transfers shall be the treasurer, secretary or manager, except in cases where one or more of the trustees in whose name such securities or funds shall stand shall be ordered to transfer the same without the concurrence of any trustees, anything herein contained to the contrary notwithstanding.
