Vexatious, repetitive or unreasonable requests

A public authority is not required to comply with a request where —
the request is vexatious;
the public authority has recently complied with a substantially similar request from the same person;
compliance with the request would unreasonably divert its resources; or
the information requested is already in the public domain.
