Grant of access

Subject to this Act, where —
an application is made in accordance with section 7 for access to a record; and
the cost incurred by the public authority in granting access has been paid by the applicant,
access to the record shall be granted in accordance with this Act.
Repealed by section 9 of the Freedom of Information (Amendment) Act, 2018 [Law 31 of 2018].
