Entity or financial institution to provide information to Director

9. The Director, where authorized in writing by, or on behalf of, an applicant, a recipient or a member of the household of the applicant or recipient, may request information of an entity or a financial institution in respect of such person which may be reasonably required in the exercise of the Director’s duties, responsibilities and functions under this Act, and the entity or financial institution shall provide the requested information to the Director.
