The Cabinet may make Regulations in respect of exempted limited partnerships and foreign limited partnerships prescribing —
the duties to be performed by the Registrar for the purposes of this Act ;
the forms to be used for the purposes of this Act ;
the fees payable to the Registrar in respect of filings , certifications, administrative services or otherwise pursuant to this Act ; and
generally, the conduct and regulation of registration under t his Act and any matters incidental thereto.
Regulations made under this Act may —
make different provision in relation to different cases or circumstances;
apply in respect of particular persons or particular cases or particular classes of persons or particular classes of cases and define a class by reference to any circumstances whatsoever; and
contain such transitional, consequential, incidental or supplementary provisions as appear to the Cabinet to be necessary or expedient for the purposes of the regulations.
Regulations made under this Act may create an offence punishable by a fine not exceeding fifteen thousand dollars.
Fees prescribed for the purpose of this Act need bear no relationship to the cost of providing any service.
