Registration of security interests

The general partner shall maintai n or cause to be maintained at the registered office, a register of security interests in which shall be registered each security interest in relation to which a valid notice has been served in accordance with section 32(9).
The register of security in terests under subsection (1) shall contain the identity of the grantor and grantee, the partnership interest or part thereof subject to the security interest and the date on which notice of the security interest was validly served in accordance with section 32(9).
The register described in subsection (1) may be inspected by any person during all usual business hours.
Any security interest over the whole or any part of a limited partnership interest shall have priority according to the time that the written notice is validly served at the registered office of the exempted limited partnership in accordance with section 32(9).
If default is made by a general partner in the maintenance of the register described in subsection (1), each general partner in default shall incur a penalty of twenty - five dollars for each day that the default continues.
