A general partner of an exempted limited partnership may at any time terminate the registration of an applicant partnership as an exempted limited partnership, if termination of registration is permitted under the terms of the partnership agreement, by filing a written notice of termination of registration with the Registrar together with written confirmation that the action is authorised by the partnership agreement , accompanied by the prescribed fee .
