Failure to attend to give evidence

80. A person who, without reasonable excuse —
refuses or fails to appear before the Office after having been required to do so; or
refuses to take an oath or make an affirmation having appeared before the Office as a witness, commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of ten thousand dollars and to imprisonment for three months.
